We are working to achieve ‘inclusion for all; especially for people with disabilities and marginalized people in Myanmar’. This goal for us guides and brings us as resource platform and agents of change for making our society inclusive, equal, right-based and barrier-free for everyone. To ensure this, we structured the organization with the leadership of disabled persons and have been functioning by 3 pillars: development pillar, political pillar and social-business pillar. Currently, there is 1 head quarter in Yangon operating with 54 employees and 28 local branches across the country affiliating by 4,752 members with disabilities.

As we believe ‘disability & minority group is political, justice and human right issue’, we closely work with political and development actors to make our goal a real. At the same time, we also work with private and business stakeholders to promote inclusive business model and make our organization more sustainable.

We seek and welcome our friends, colleagues and partners to work together for and deliver a better tomorrow for inclusion, embodying the values of inclusion, honesty, accountability, independence and leadership.
