With the objective of to empower and to strengthen the capacity of MILI staff, Executive Director, U Nay Lin Soe conducted personal development and self-exploration training on 20^th August 2019 at Shae Saung Hall. In which Executive Director, U Nay Lin Soe lectured about self-exploration, inter personal skill and leadership skill and shared his valuable experiences.  In which 44 MILI staffs and 2 volunteers, total 46 participants were attended and actively participated in training.
